How to care for your silk

4 steps

Gently hand wash your silk in cold water to protect its natural sheen and softness.

Choose a pH-neutral liquid detergent. Harsh formulas can strip silk of its lustre.

Lay your silk flat to dry, away from direct heat and sunlight.

Avoid bleach, tumble drying and wringing, which can weaken the fibres.

Between wears

When not in use, keep your silk in The Cocoon, our beautifully designed keepsake tin, and store in a cool, dry place away from humidity.
