We want you to fall in love with Lina Lennox, and our team is here to help find the best option & fit for your hair and needs. If you'd like to return or exchange, please reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase at hello@linalennox.com.

Before placing your order, we recommend taking our fit quiz or reaching out to our team - we’re always happy to help you find your best fit. Please note that we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on multiple sizes ordered for the purpose of comparison if one of the items has been tried on or worn.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original packaging.

Here’s how it works:

Returns & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. A small returns handling fee will be deducted, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Replacements
If you’d prefer a different size or style, just let us know — we’re happy to help. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
