We want you to fall in love with Lina Lennox, but if it’s not quite the perfect match, we’re here to make it right. If you’d like to return or exchange, please reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase at hello@linalennox.com.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged condition. Here’s how it works:

  • Returns & Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process a refund within 3–5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges & Replacements: If you prefer an exchange or replacement, let us know! We’ll be happy to assist you.

We charge a small fee to cover shipping and handling for returns, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total.

For exchanges, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
